SEO ( Search Engine Optimisation )

These sorts of questions are quite apparent within the web design industry but SEO is not really unfathomable or costly, though its a matter of time and it can take a great deal of time, the question is how valuble is your time? Well...Take a look you can see an active example on the portfolio page, i am a firm believer in actions speak louder than words, and my reputation and search engine positions are simply a reflection of my past success.
This page is being optimised for the term SEO and if you searched Google for SEO and you have found me on the front page then I am nearly there if not it will be, it takes time!

Though please remember i am competing against the best in the business for this and some who may use unethical tactics in order to increase ranking, I urge you not to take a route that involves these companies where for example text is hidden on the page or they provide a page for search engines and a page for humans as if you get caught then Google may take you off their listings altogether.


SEO will not get you to the number one position overnight nor will it change your life instantly, it takes time and continous modifications to get you to number one and it takes just as much to keep you there as the search engines continuously modify themselves to get better at getting the correct results.

Building links, writing good SEO content,and submitting to the directories are the key parts in ensuring your site is successfull and if you do it wrong you can be left dissapointed.

How does it work?
Since i spent a year studying this and paid for software and tuition to make my life easier I would not like to divulge too much information but SEO is about consistent trial and error. Most of my SEO work is based on experience, rather than study.
